Thanksgiving Day!

Today is Kaleb's 1st bithday!

Skyler and Brayden were so helpful to peel the potatoes!

Brayden was more than happy to assist in opening presents!

Skyler, the cute big brother that he is, kept reminding Brayden to let Kaleb open his presents by himself!

Kaleb's birthday was Thanksgiving day this year so we did a little family party the Sat. before. I was (and still am)sad to see my last baby turn 1! They just grow up too fast!

If you look closely you will see in the magazine what the cake was supposed to look like! I made two cakes then gave up! So I just hurried and slapped some frosting on the little ones I set aside for Kaleb to eat.

The "presents" were the only thing that actually turned out. I made them out of rice Krispies treats, covered in candy melt with a bow. (The bow was homemade... by me!!)

The boys kept begging Nate to let them ride in his truck!! Finally he decided to just let them get in for a minute and create some noise!! They did quit asking but get extra excited to see other police vehicles!

Brayden doesn't quite understand that his dad only works in once city... not any city we happed to be when a police passes by! He will say, "that's my dad!"

This was on my birthday!! My cute sisters took me to lunch and gave me some AWESOME presents! How cool is that?!

Brayden is enjoying the Cowboys game with his daddy!

Skyler, Brayden and Kaleb all enjoyed themselves at the park!

It is getting much cooler now, the next park trip will be in coats!

We found out that Kaleb likes to eat markers!

We also found out that he gets mad when you take them away!
